Atma is now involved in a massive project of imparting EC training to 1000 teachers in Kerala.
Conventional training does not equip the teacher to deal with the new demands and challenges of the modern classroom. State- of – the –art training though available is often not affordable to teachers. ATMA EC teacher project is an effort to remedy this situation by providing cost effective new age training to the teaching community with the help of corporate funding. The project consists of 15 full day experiential labs over a year, transforming the average teacher into an Empowered and Compassionate Role Model.
